This notice covers our website, consultation and email-update forms, and team sign-in. Client project data is also governed by the applicable engagement terms.

Information you provide: consultation forms collect name, email, optional phone/business, meeting preferences, topic, availability and referral source. Newsletter forms collect email, optional name, chosen interests, consent wording and signup time. Do not submit banking details, payroll records, health information or other sensitive client records through these public forms.

Use and recipients: We use inquiry details to respond, route your request to our team/advisor and arrange a consultation. Requests and signup preferences are stored in our hosted database. Hosting/database services, email delivery providers and authorized team members process information for these purposes. Our website uses OpenAI Sites/Cloudflare hosting and database infrastructure; consultation email functionality uses Brevo when enabled. Emails may also be retained in our business email systems. A consultation request does not subscribe you to marketing. Newsletter messages follow the topics you select.

Referral attribution and tracking: A referral parameter in a link or an advisor page can prefill the source of an inquiry, which is saved when you submit. Our current application code does not include advertising pixels, cross-site advertising trackers or third-party audience analytics. Hosting and security providers may process technical request information such as IP addresses and browser information to operate and protect the service. Team sign-in uses authentication technology, including functional session cookies or tokens. These support access control rather than advertising. We do not configure cross-site advertising tracking on this website. The application does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. Links to other websites are governed by their own notices.

Choices and requests: Contact steve@theverifiedcompanies.com to request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, ask questions, or stop/change email updates. We verify identity proportionately before disclosing information and respond under applicable law. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations, disputes or security. No fee or new marketing subscription is required to make a request.

Retention: We retain information for the inquiry, requested updates, related business records and applicable legal/security needs. We review information for deletion when these purposes end. Newsletter opt-outs are honored; limited suppression records may be kept to prevent further unwanted messages. Backup copies may persist according to provider retention cycles and are not represented as instantly deleted.

Security and audience: Access is restricted to authorized personnel; no transmission or storage system is guaranteed secure. This business website is not directed to children under 13. Please contact us if a child has supplied information.

Changes: We post revisions here with a new effective date. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it before the relevant change takes effect.
